When I began trail riding locally I was frustrated about the lack of legal lanes. There’s not much information on the web and I didn’t really know where to start.
Having done lots of groundwork, research and riding I’ve got a nice collection of lanes I ride regularly.
I’ve collated all the Greenlanes in East Sussex into a nice easy to view database. I’ve even recorded a video of each one.
I plan on expanding the database with search functionality, details of the best and the easiest. There’s a lot more to come it’s not even half finished.
But I hope it helps some newbie who wants to get into some trails.
Good luck!

I think this is frowned upon, you said to me to look up the TRF and use them.
Did notice a post about green lanes in Dorset and the guy who posted the routes said the following week about half dozen 4×4s had driven from Essex and ruined the whole route!
Very well put together, lots of detail. Nice job

Nice work mate…
I’ve just about sorted out my Armstrong MT500 and been looking for green lane info and came across your site and videos. Excellent info and great footage. you never know we may bump into (not actually I hope) each other on a lane one day. Thanks.
Ah man this is a great idea, keep up the good work, the videos are fun to watch too
Niiiiice, you inspired me to do the same with my google maps. http://www.trondheim-offroad-mc.info/ Going to wait until summer, then I can start adding most of them (and recording them).
Thanks for the inspiration
