Limekiln Lane is a BOAT (byway open to all traffic) or an ORPA (other route with public access). You can expect to find:
- A non tarmac surface
Council say:
Extremely poor surface, closed to vehicles. Due to open 17/04/2010.

Limekiln lane was always a struggle because it was always very wet at the southern end and the camber ran towards the ditch on the western side.

This lane is now open. Rode it today with my buddy. He on his Tiger me on my GS.
Bad news covered in road stone for whole length.
