Sandy Lane/Lowicks Road/Priory Lane is 1510 meters long (0.94 miles) which took me 2.57 minutes to ride, at an average speed of 21.95 mph. It is a BOAT (byway open to all traffic). You can expect to find:
- A non tarmac surface

Sand was deeper today as still dry, but more water in that puddle.

for any 4x4 drivers reading this; its mostly sand, gets pretty soft in places in dry weather, but no problem. Normal tyre pressures work fine. A couple of little bumps where entry angle might be an issue in wet weather when the wallows have been dug out a bit, but never had a problem. Watch out for walkers, its a popular spot.
