Re Preston Candover 5 this has always been a very contentious issue at the house at Juniper Hill, due to the byway running across his garden has for years being trying to get it closed by fair means or foul.Over the years there have been police incidents involving legitimate users here, tread carefully assuming this is now not restricted. How do I know all this I used to live nearby many byways round here suffer landowner itis!!
