Tithe Barn Lane is 218 meters long (0.14 miles) which took me 1.06 minutes to ride, at an average speed of 7.92 mph. It is a BOAT (byway open to all traffic). You can expect to find:
- A non tarmac surface

Drove up this one - in the dry - without difficulty in a Subaru Forester without resorting to low range gears.

Nice lane - narrow when overgrown (watch the paintwork). Chalk can be slippy in the wet.
