Ash Lane is 558 meters long (0.35 miles) which took me 2.49 minutes to ride, at an average speed of 8.43 mph. It is a BOAT (byway open to all traffic). You can expect to find:
- A non tarmac surface
Short but enjoyable lane, can be difficult coming up, wet chalk makes it hazardous.
Small ruts in places.
