Chequers Lane

Chequers Lane is 760 meters long (0.47 miles) which took me 4.09 minutes to ride, at an average speed of 6.89 mph. It is a BOAT (byway open to all traffic). You can expect to find:
- A non tarmac surface
- Gate(s)
- Deep Ruts
We call it "brick lane" due to the bricks. Recently part regraded.
The farmer seems to block the entrance on purpose, possibly cause problems for 4x4 use.
One gate. Very deep ruts caused by the farm vehicles.
The bricks can be interesting to ride over the ruts and the bricks caused a difficulty rating of 4.

though i would try this the ruts are indeed very deep, i spent 6 hours stuck in a 4x4 a local said somone had done similar a month or so ago, 4x4 be ready
